Stress Relief without Drugs

Progressive Relaxation is a process of training to relax the skeletal muscles consciously. This is a technique in which a person learns how to relax the entire body by becoming aware of tension in various muscle groups and then relaxing them one at a time.

In Progressive Relaxation, people reduce stress by learning to relax by alternatively flexing muscles throughout the body. On your first visit, Reflective counselling will take place where you can talk as much or as little as you like. I will explain to you how it works and why we all need to practice progressive relaxation.

The sessions are in a therapy room that is a relaxing, tranquil environment that will enhance the deep relaxation that you will experience.

Progressive Relaxation can help relieve many conditions: -
