After much unhappiness
in my life, including the loss of my mother and father, I found
myself suffering from unmanageable stress. It began 15 years ago,
around the time I lost my father. I clearly didn’t know what
was happening to me.
I was experiencing Anxiety,
panic attacks, physical pains in my chest and other parts of my
body, and many sleepless nights. All this affected my whole life,
where I began to feel afraid of the dentist or any event.
I visited the doctor
many times, where I was prescribed many tablets, but I decided not
to take them. I felt there must be another way.
I began exercise and
Yoga, but realised I needed more to help me feel better. A few years
ago I found Progressive Relaxation, which helped transform every
area of my life. Progressive Relaxation is something I want to share
with people, not only so I can treat people, but also to educate
them so they can treat themselves.
During my holistic journey
I have become a reiki and seichem practitioner which can greatly
enhance your health and well being naturally.
I have also studied and
qualified in lifestyle enhancement which enables me to help the
individual to incorporate changes into their often busy schedules
and lifestyles to improve health, body and mind.
All the therapies I practice
can compliment each other and can be integrated together or used
on their own.
